Emotional Intelligence is a critical skill not just for CEOs and senior leaders but for all professionals at the workplace. The Future for Jobs Report 2023 of World Economic Forum lists resilience, motivation, self awareness along with empathy and active listening amongst the top 10 skills required to succeed professionally.
